Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and CUCU R. FLORIAN PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA ("Atlas52", "we", "us"). They apply to the Atlas52 mobile app and to atlas52.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use Atlas52
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. If you use Atlas52 on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.
Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
- You can edit your details or delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.
Using the app and unlocking sets
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, following these Terms.
Scanning the QR code on an Atlas52 physical card unlocks the matching set of digital content for your account. Codes are meant for the person who owns the card. We may limit or remove access if we reasonably believe a code or account is being misused, for example by selling or sharing access.
Content and intellectual property
The app and everything in it, including text, images, videos, card data, designs, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, record, screen-capture, republish, publicly display, sell, or extract data from this content. The app may block screenshots and screen recording to protect it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer the app, or bypass or disable its security features, including code activation and content protection;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the app or its content;
- interfere with the app or the servers that run it;
- submit false, abusive or misleading reports;
- break the law or the rights of others while using Atlas52.
Reports and feedback
You can report a card if its content is incorrect or inappropriate. We review reports but are not obliged to act on every one. You give us the right to use any feedback or suggestions you send us, without payment or obligation.
Purchases and links to other sites
The app has no in-app purchases. Physical cards are sold by us and by retailers such as Amazon, under the seller's own terms. Links to other websites, including "Buy on Amazon", are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Changes to the app and availability
We may update, change or remove features or content at any time. We aim to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, we may ask you to accept the new Terms in the app before you continue. If you keep using Atlas52 after changes take effect, you accept them.
Ending your use
You can stop using Atlas52 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if the law requires it. When access ends, your right to use the app ends. Parts of these Terms that are meant to continue, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, will continue.
Disclaimers
Atlas52 is an educational product. We work to keep the information accurate, but facts about countries and the world change, and errors can happen. To the extent the law allows, the app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and Atlas52 only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the terms of the store you downloaded the app from.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Courts in Romania have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
